A transference neurosis corresponds to a conflict between ego and id, a narcissistic neurosis corresponds to that between between ego and super-ego, and a psychosis to that between ego and outer world.

I try to not make safe choices, but I also like to do stuff which is interesting and is sort of exciting in some way and accessible.

The man watched him. Real life is pretty bad?  What do you think?  Well, I think we're still here. A lot of bad things have happened but we're still here.  Yeah.  You don't think that's so great.  It's okay.
