The good things of prosperity are to be wished; but the good things that belong to adversity are to be admired.

If  you  are  lazy you  have  chosen  that  not  to  change.

Marriages are knots tide  with trust , takes love, Faith  & time to build it but can get tarnis by betrayal, in seconds and can never be  repaired ,how much one tries.

We want progress in medicine to be clear and unequivocal, but of course it rarely is. Every new treatment has gaping unknowns - for both patients and society - and it can be hard to decide what do do about them.
