As to conforming outwardly and living your own life inwardly, I do not think much of that.

Is it worth regretting making a mistake in the past?

Planning all your move but failed by the ones you trust?

Hoping that you will make their lives better but it made yours worse.

Is there a turning point? Or at least ladder to climb upon the very deep well that you dug yourself.

I know George Burns was a very happy man.

To be a god can ultimately become boring and degrading. There'd be reason enough for the invention of free will! A god might wish to escape into sleep and be alive only in the unconscious projections of his dream-creatures.
