If you don&#39;t have public hangings for bad culture in a company, if you don&#39;t take people out and let them say, they went home to spend more time with the family. It&#39;s crazy.

And that is life.... It may be the hardest decision to make but you cannot continue walking a path with someone who never appreciated you.Come what may they will only realise your true value on your departure from their life...when it is to late.
