If you asked my dad about selecting any kind of professional career, he’d tell you, “Don’t make a date with a heart attack.” Meaning: You’ve got to pace yourself and not forget to slow down. No job is forever. So relax and have some fun.

Make  the place so  lovable that  everyone likes  to visit.

Maturity is when you realise that Money does buy happiness

Wishing will not bring riches. But desiring riches with a state of mind that becomes an obsession, then planning definite ways and means to acquire riches, and backing those plans with persistence which does not recognise failure, will bring riches.
