Once I had all the facts in, I found I didn&#39;t have the immoral courage to pull the caper. So I wrote it as a story. As a teenager, I didn&#39;t have any skills for writing as such, so it came out in 1500 words.

Time did not so much elapse as grow less relevant.

They strolled together to a different slot and unlocked a black Chevy Tahoe. Little brother to the Suburban, but still a giant vehicle.

One always has to wait until the sugar melts, the memory dies, the wound scars over, the sun sets, the unhappiness lifts and fades away.
