The law is not thrust upon man; it rests deep within him, to waken when the call comes.

It is now for the Catholic Church to bend herself to her work with calmness and generosity. It is for you to observe her with renewed and friendly attention.

For we are like tree trunks in the snow. In appearance they lie smoothly and a little push should be enough to set them rolling. No, it can't be done, for they are firmly wedded to the ground. But see, even that is only appearance.

I mean, if all we are is bundles of energy... what is a 'hug' anyway?... and how can we ever really touch each other?
