Serenity comes from the heart. Although the heart is often tormented by thoughts of insecurity, it knows that - through correct posture - it will be able to do its best.

There's a beast in me. I destroy those I cannot control. I must be certain that those close to me share my identical interests. I'm benevolent within that construction. I'm ghastly outside of it.

So many storms all over this year an  end of last year is really natural disasters  decade.
But is the earth righting itself or is it replacing for a new season.

I don't have time to feel sorry for myself. I've got to think.
