If you get everything. You will not go after anything.
If you don't get something. You will go after that thing.

Exercise, lose weight, test your blood sugar, or whatever. Do it without motivation and then guess what. After you start doing the thing, that’s when the motivation comes and makes it easy for you to keep on doing

I am careful not to confuse excellence with perfection. Excellence I can reach for; perfection is God&#39;s business.
